Fees & Conditions
Assessment Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of $300.00 is required for psychological assessments and must be paid at the time of booking.
The remaining balance is due upon completion of the assessment.
Please note that report writing will not commence until the full fee has been paid.
Travel Fee
All face-to-face appointments will incur a travel fee, calculated on the distance from our office to the location.
This fee will be communicated and agreed upon, at the time of booking.
Cancellation Fee
All appointments will incur a full cancellation fee equal to the total session cost, excluding the travel fee, if notice is given less than two business days prior to the session.
Payment (in person on day of appointment).
All appointments must be paid in person, via electronic fund transfer or card payment at the time of the session.
Availability
Rob is available to work seven days a week, offering early morning appointments from 6:00 am and evening appointments until 9:00 pm.
Appointments outside of usual business may incur additional fees and will be communicated at the time of booking.
Please note that school appointments can only be booked from Monday to Friday during school hours.
